Kirby Copy Abilities That Need To Come Back

Kirby has had tons of Kirby copy abilities, from the tons of mixed Kirby copy abilities from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards to the new copy abilities Kirby can gain by eating opponents in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. But, truth be told, some are definitely better than others and some have only ever appeared once. Let's see which one of those that only appeared in one game, but never came back and should've.

Refrigerator Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared only in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards as a combination of ice and spark. Refrigerator Kirby was able to transform into a refrigerator and shoot food at enemies. The food could also heal Kirby. While Kirby is a refrigerator he can't move.

Paint Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby Super Star and the remake Kirby Super Star Ultra. It could only be obtained by inhaling a paint ball shot by one of the three bosses Heavy Lobster, Chameleo Arm, or Marxes Soul. Oh though the ability can only be used once it is very helpful when fighting these bosses. When the power is used it covers everything in paint, killing all enemies. When used against Heavy Lobster the boss is blinded, causing random movement and will damage him. When used against Chameleo Arm he becomes visible if invisible. However, when used against Marx does little damage.

Ghost Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby: Squeak Squad as a unique ability that's unlockable. The ability can be gained from the mid-boss Tedhaun, or Kirby can inhale two Noddys. If the player waits for the mix roulette to stop it will automatically stop on the Ghost ability. Finally, Kirby can obtain the ability Secret Arena once all seven pieces of the Secret Map are obtained. Ghost Kirby's do appear as unplayable characters in Kirby Super Star Ultra, Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition and in Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

Smash Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, oh though Kirby is automatically given the powers of Smash Kirby. Kirby also has many of the powers of Smash Kirby in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl series. Smash Kirby's powers have been broken up for powers of new Kirby copy abilities. He had the Vulcan Jab power of Fighter Kirby, the Final Cutter power of Cutter Kirby, the Stone power of Stone Kirby, the Hammer and Hammer Spin powers from Hammer Kirby, the Smash Kick power of Fighter Kirby, and a Twinkle Star power that is automatically Kirby's power in most Kirby games.

Animal Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby: Squeak Squad. With this ability Kirby can dig through dirt and attack enemies at the same time. The power will also let you dig through some snow and even clouds. Oh though some think the controls were "awkward" due to the fact that the majority of his attacks also dug, so if you wanted to fight you almost had to dig, this copy ability is still considered useful and unique.

Metal Kirby: This version of Kirby also appeared only in Kirby: Squeak Squad. This ability allows Kirby to do a ground pound power. The ability also lets Kirby walk on enemies, giving them steady damage and him none. The only downside to this ability is that it makes Kirby move slower and hinders his flight, and bosses and mid-bosses are still capable of hurting him.

Beetle Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby: Triple Deluxe. With the ability Kirby wears a horned helmet that allows him to impale enemies. The helmet also has wings on the back, due to this Kirby has a different flying animation when Beetle Kirby. With this ability comes a power called "Catching Horn" that allows Kirby to impale an enemy on the horn. He can then carry the enemy around.

Mirror Kirby: This version of Kirby appeared in Kirby Super Star and its remake, Kirby Super Star Ultra. This ability let Kirby split into two Kirby's for a short time and also use a scepter for multiple other attacks.

So, as you can see, there are plenty of Kirby copy abilities that for whatever reason, have never made an anticipated comeback.
